Our Fellowship
1 John 1:3-4
Key Verse 1:3
“We proclaim to you what we have seen and heard, so that you also may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ.”
Jesus Christ is the author and giver of eternal life. This Jesus Himself came to this world in the flesh and was seen and heard by many before he gave up his life on the cross, and was risen and ascended to heaven to sit at the right hand of God. This is what John testifies to in the first 2 verses of his letter.
