“At Iconium Paul and Barnabas went as usual into the Jewish synagogue. There they spoke so effectively that a great number of Jews and Gentiles believed.”
The chapter we are looking at today is the continuation of Paul’s and his companion Barnabas’s very first missionary journey. As the Holy Spirit directed them, they had gone out from the first missionary minded church at Antioch and set out to share the good news of the gospel wherever the Lord would send them.
