Last week, we read about Cornelius. He was a high-rank Roman officer—a centurion. But the Bible also tells us that he was a devout, God-fearing man together with his family. Cornelius was a man of character. He earnestly lived according to his limited faith in God. He cared very much for his friends, neighbors, and servants alike.
