A House Of Prayer
Matthew 21:12-17
Key Verse: 21:12
“Jesus entered the temple area and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves.”
These were Jesus’ last days on earth as he entered his capital city in a very unusual way. Unlike all other kings in history, Jesus rode in to victory on a donkey! And instead of demonstrating God’s anger and retribution against a rebellious and renegade people, he rather humbled himself and sacrificed his life on a cross for the sins of all who put their faith in him.
