Matthew 8:1-17
Key Verse 8:3
“Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. ‘I am willing,’ he said. ‘Be clean!’ Immediately he was cured of his leprosy.”
Jesus was now done preaching the most beautiful sermon could ever given in history. He had delivered to the world what we know as The Sermon On The Mount. What he taught us through that glorious Sermon was fundamental principles of the Kingdom of Heaven— the laws by which citizens of the kingdom cherish and should live by! Yet when we reflect on those principles and teachings, we cannot but see that they were extreme! Jesus shows us that Christianity isn’t a religion nor a philosophy— it’s a faith!
